Seeds of harmony
Binaural Sound Journeys
This is an example of an online sound journey created few years ago that i am happily sharing with all of you before i create the next one. I want to remember you that if you ever experienced a live sound journey with me, your body knows me and my sounds and can let go and dive more easily as well as receive. If not you are very welcome to book one.
Bring into your ears, body, cells, a word, a quality, as a seed that you plant into yourself and then water all day and year, making those seeds grow.
Each meditation session is approx 15 min.
Remember : The meditations are recorded with binaural recording that uses two microphones, arranged with the intent to create a 3-D stereo sound sensation for you to feel like you are actually being in the room with me and my instruments. Binaural recording is intended for replay using headphones and will not translate properly over stereo speakers.
“Gratitude for the present moment and the fullness of life now is the true prosperity.”
“Find the trust within you, that will create your trust into the Universe. Universe is super-intelligent and Universe is kind.
We all, each of us, have the capacity to go through this time. We are made for it. We will all go through this journey in a very elegant way. We will all come out in a very beautiful way. For the best of this new humanity that is birthing. We are in the channel of birth, and we are compressed. Compression is just helping us to come out of this tube. So, do not fight against it. Take the contraction, use it to make your path through.”
“ “Let there be spaces in your togetherness, And let the winds of the heavens dance between you. Love one another but make not a bond of love: Let it rather be a moving sea between the shores of your souls. Fill each other’s cup but drink not from one cup. Give one another of your bread but eat not from the same loaf. Sing and dance together and be joyous, but let each one of you be alone, Even as the strings of a lute are alone though they quiver with the same music. Give your hearts, but not into each other’s keeping. For only the hand of Life can contain your hearts. And stand together, yet not too near together: For the pillars of the temple stand apart, And the oak tree and the cypress grow not in each other’s shadow.”
”
““We cultivate love when we allow our most vulnerable and powerful selves to be deeply seen and known, and when we honor the spiritual connection that grows from that offering with trust, respect, kindness and affection.
Love is not something we give or get; it is something that we nurture and grow, a connection that can only be cultivated between two people when it exists within each one of them – we can only love others as much as we love ourselves.
Shame, blame, disrespect, betrayal, and the withholding of affection damage the roots from which love grows. Love can only survive these injuries if they are acknowledged, healed and rare.
”
“Patience is not sitting and waiting, it is foreseeing. It is looking at the thorn and seeing the rose, looking at the night and seeing the day. Lovers are patient and know that the moon needs time to become full.”
“Forgiveness is a gift you give yourself.”
“
For what is prayer but the expansion of your self into the living ether?
”
“ Presence is the key to freedom so you can only be free now.
”
“A flower must bloom inside first before revealing its beauty to the world.
”
“Our task must be to free ourselves... by widening our circle of compassion to embrace all living creatures and the whole of nature and it’s beauty.”
“Courage is grace under pressure.”
“I feel safe in the rhythm and flow of ever-changing life.”
“So we grew together,
Like to a double cherry, seeming parted,
But yet an union in partition,
Two lovely berries moulded on one stem.”
“In Konya, over the entryway to the dergah where Mevlana (Rumi) is buried, is an inscription which says, „This is the Kaaba of the Lovers. Those who entered here became complete.“ The dervish walks the Path of completion. A Sufi has complete integration with life while remembering God with every breath. The great majority of Sufis have lived a family life, held a job, and contributed to society, while reaching extraordinary attainments of integrating the finite and the Infinite. ”
