This training is for you to get to know Gong or other instruments, deepen your trust in playing and supporting you in your own sound quest.

Either as immersion retreat or in 2 or 3 sessions as you prefer to learn and integrate.

This personal or intimate ( small group up to 3 people) is a mix of theorie, experiences, practice and exchange :

• oral transmissions of wisdom aquired from Sofia´s 11 years experience in playing the gong and creating sound journeys with other instruments

• experiences in the sense of sound related sensory experience like witnessing, receiving, touching, feeling, being immersed in sound. Staying grounded and inetragationg all thanks to the wonderfull nature around us in the magical Uckermark, Schorfheide Natural Reserve.

• practicing, getting to know or depening your relationship with instruments

• exchanges, the most rich part of the training are your personal questions and interest, good to come already with questions in mind and heart, this is the living core of the transmission
