This is the full programm of the personal training. It is for you to get to know the Gong or deepen your trust in playing and supporting you to play in your own unique way with confidence.

Either as immersion retreat in Sofia´s temple at the lake or in 2 or 3 sessions in Berlin, as YOU prefer to learn and integrate.

This personal intimate guidance is a mix of theorie, experiences, practice and exchange :

• oral transmissions of wisdom aquired from Sofia´s last 11 years of experience in playing the gong and creating sound journeys with other instruments

• experiences in the sense of sound related sensory experience like witnessing, receiving, touching, feeling, being immersed in sound. Staying grounded and listeniing.

• practicing, getting to know or depening your relationship with the gongs

• exchanges, the most rich part of the training are your personal questions and interest, good to come already with questions in mind and heart, this is the living core of the transmission
